The Shire Holkham 8×30 Timber Greenhouse is a spacious wooden greenhouse designed for gardeners who need plenty of room to grow plants, flowers, vegetables, and herbs. Its traditional appearance, natural timber construction, and large growing area make it a practical addition to gardens and dedicated growing spaces.
Built from FSC-certified timber, this greenhouse features strong wooden framing and 12mm tongue-and-groove construction. The traditional apex roof includes decorative finials and cresting, giving the structure a classic garden style. Its generous 8×30-foot layout provides space for growing plants in separate sections, organising pots, and setting up dedicated propagation areas.
The greenhouse uses toughened glass glazing to allow natural light into the growing space. Multiple fixed windows help brighten the interior, while the opening roof vent supports airflow and helps regulate temperatures. The single access door features a traditional gate latch handle for convenient entry.
The timber comes with a preservative base treatment, and the pressure-treated base rails provide a suitable foundation for installation. The greenhouse requires assembly, with fittings and instructions supplied. A separate floor, shelving, and workbenches are not included. Additional wood treatment may be required after assembly to protect the timber over time.
