Experience professional spiral mixing technology at home with the Ooni Halo Core. Using the same dual-kneading action trusted by professional bakers — spiral dough hook, central breaker bar, and rotating bowl work in sync to build a high-quality gluten network that planetary mixers can’t replicate. The result is consistently light, soft, and springy dough every time, from 55% hydration bagels to high-hydration sourdough.
Why Choose the Ooni Halo Core?
The Halo Core is counter-sized without compromise. At just 12.28″ tall and 23.2 lbs, it’s 25% smaller and 30% lighter than the Ooni Halo Pro — compact enough to sit under low shelves without taking over your countertop. Despite its streamlined footprint, it handles batches from 2 up to ten 12″ pizza dough balls in a single mix, scaling to whatever you’re baking.
