The Ratio Eight Series 2 Coffee Machine combines refined design with precise automated brewing, offering a simple one-button experience with the control and consistency of pour-over coffee. Designed with premium materials including stainless steel, handblown borosilicate glass and solid hardwood accents, it provides an elegant addition to the kitchen while delivering consistently brewed coffee.
The Series 2 features an updated stainless steel and glass hot water path, precision water temperature control and an automated bloom cycle. Its stainless steel showerhead distributes water evenly across the coffee grounds to promote consistent extraction, while the flat-bottom brewing basket helps maintain an even coffee bed and steady flow.
Two recipe modes allow full or half batches to be selected according to the amount of coffee required. A full batch brews up to 40 oz, equivalent to eight 5 oz cups, while the smaller batch setting is designed for reduced quantities without compromising the brewing process.
The machine includes a handblown borosilicate glass carafe, with a double-wall stainless steel thermal carafe available as an option. The durable matte-finish polymer base incorporates a reinforced metal internal structure, while the water tank is made from BPA-free Tritan™ material. Borosilicate glass water lines and stainless steel components form the brewing path for a refined brewing system.
